Jan. 4, 2017 must have been the coldest day of the year when Jesse Garcia arrived to switch out my ancient electrical box. He worked diligently from 8:30 AM to nearly 6:00 PM to carefully install the new box. He worked around several tough spots to keep his modifications to a minimum. My offers of hot coffee and brownies were politely refused until late in the day when he must have been completely frozen. The arctic temperatures and heavily falling snow were not an easy environment for his dedicated work. But he never complained. I was surprised about all aspects of this transaction. They were prompt (a little early) efficient, knowledgeable, and the price was below what I would expect to pay. In addition, the fan was located above our bed, which we could not move, and he had to reach over it to get to the fan. He did not complain and completed the job much quicker then I could have ever have done it.

I was able to quickly schedule a consultation with Louis the Friday after I made the inquiry. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about landscape lighting. He had suggestions for the right type of lights to use, placement and design for pathway lighting, festoon lighting overhead and a safety light. The Absolute Electrical Heating and Air Team was scheduled for the following Wednesday. They arrived right on time at 8 am and got the job done very quickly. The team was also very professional and friendly. I did not get other bids for this job because I was so impressed with the quality of the people. Having used other lighting contractors, I felt they were reasonably priced and I am really satisfied with the outcome of my project.

I will use Absolute Electrical Heating and Air for any electrical or HVAC I ever need. We called Absolute Electrical Heating and Air to have a quote done. They were very nice and set up a time that worked well for me. On the day of the quote I got a dispatch call that Hector was in route. I also received a text with his name and picture on it. Hector arrived a few minutes later. He was very professional. He walked me through the quote explaining everything that would be done by showing me in the electrical box why it needed to be done. When presenting the quote he offered to even do the work on a Saturday. That Saturday Hector performed the work and did a great job. He filled the hot tub himself to make sure his work was right and complete before he called it finished. He’s a hard worker and a very personable person. We asked Absolute Electrical Heating and Air to make a house call to talk about replacing our venting system and failing boiler. Their technicians were polite and knowledgeable. It was determined that they could only assist us with the “venting portion” and not the installation of a boiler. They then told us that it would cost quite a bit more to hire them for just the venting and that whomever we hire to install a new boiler would likely do the venting portion for less money. The technicians DIDN’T NEED to tell us that and could have easily looked to secure that portion of the job. WOW…and it gets better… they also had to travel 2 hours round trip and DIDN’T ask for a trip fee! Talk about business INTEGRITY! Absolute Electrical Heating and Air, I’m a big fan! Besides the top notch technical services you provide, your ‘work ethic’ is one that other companies can learn from. So impressed!
