• Assign technicians to customer calls.
• Able to make good judgement on moving around schedules
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience to our clients
• Communicate effectively with the client and answer their questions and concerns
• Does “Happy Checks”, follow-ups, and outbound customer contact
• Maintains call center database by entering information
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
