- You have lots of home services industry or call center experience.
- You come to the rescue of each and every customer.
- You can adapt to change like a chameleon.
- You type lickety-split.
- You know your way around a computer, dual monitor experience.
- You are patiently and pleasantly persistent.
- You provide Superhero Service again and again.
What does a CSR do?
- You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot.
- You’ll help solve the world’s problems, one electrical or HVAC job at a time.
- You’ll schedule everything from service calls to maintenance and inspections.
- You’ll sell products, services, and solutions.
- You’ll follow up on estimates, quotes, maintenance, and membership agreements.
- You’ll play ‘monkey in the middle’ between technicians and customers.
- You’ll be working a Saturday every once and awhile on a rotating basis.
