Andrea has been part of the Absolute Electrical Heating and Air team since its inception, as she and Louis, the owner, have been married for 19 years. Andrea applies dedicated focus to the overall growth and vision of the company. She works closely with the office staff to ensure effective systems are in place company wide, this guarantees an excellent client experience.

Her network marketing background has helped her fine tune the infrastructure of the company, implement marketing strategies, and enhance company culture for effective team building. Andrea has been a Colorado resident since birth and loves being outdoors, especially when she can watch all three of her children participate in sports.
